Products and compatibility
We sell decorative iPhone cases. Select your exact model before ordering; each model has its own dimensions and camera openings. Gallery images show the design across representative phone models. Lighting and screen settings may slightly affect colour. Phones and lifestyle props in photographs are not included. No waterproofing, drop-test rating or MagSafe compatibility is promised unless specifically stated for the product.
Prices and orders
Prices are in Indian rupees. Cozy Bear Case is ₹599; the other current designs are ₹699 each. Shipping and the final payable amount are shown before order confirmation. We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Save your order number for tracking and support. If we cannot fulfil an order because of stock or delivery availability, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel it without charging you.
Delivery and returns
We offer same-day dispatch, estimated metro delivery in 2 days and delivery elsewhere in 3–7 days. Delhi same-day delivery can be requested through WhatsApp and is subject to confirmation. Our Shipping & Delivery page has the full details. We offer 10-day no-questions-asked returns with pickup arranged and paid for by BigZook; see Returns & Refunds for the process.
Your account and information
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep account credentials private. Use the store lawfully and do not attempt to access another customer's information or interfere with the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is used.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month, in accordance with applicable requirements. These terms do not exclude or reduce rights available under applicable Indian consumer law.
Policy changes
We may update these terms. The terms and return offer shown when you order apply to that order; later changes do not remove an existing order's return entitlement.
