How do I select the correct iPhone model?
Choose your exact model on the product page before adding a case to your bag. All six designs are available across our iPhone 11–17 model range. Camera openings and case dimensions are specific to your selected model.
How can I check my iPhone model?
Open Settings → General → About → Model Name. Match this name exactly when selecting your case.
Will the case match the image?
We use the original product photographs. Camera openings and dimensions differ by model. Actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
Does the case protect the camera?
Choose the case for your exact iPhone model so its camera opening fits. The raised decorative design is not a certified drop or waterproof rating. Handle your phone with care.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is our only payment option. Pay when your order arrives; we are not accepting prepaid orders.
How long does delivery take?
Same-day dispatch. Estimated delivery: 2 days in metro cities and 3–7 days elsewhere. Delhi same-day delivery is available on request; confirm your PIN code and availability with us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Can I return or exchange the case?
10-day no-questions-asked returns from the date of delivery. BigZook arranges pickup and pays the return shipping cost. Contact us with your order number to start a return; no reason is required.
What if I select the wrong model?
Contact support with your order number and the correct model. We can help with changes before dispatch. After delivery, you can request a no-questions-asked return within 10 days.
How can I track my order?
Visit Track Order and enter your order number plus the email address or mobile number used at checkout.
