Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch orders on the same day. Estimated delivery is 2 days in metro cities and 3–7 days in other serviceable locations in India. Delivery estimates run from dispatch and can vary with courier availability, local holidays, weather or access restrictions. Contact us if your order is delayed.
Delhi same-day delivery
Delhi customers can request same-day delivery on WhatsApp at +91-8375879752. Please share your PIN code before placing the order so we can confirm service availability and the delivery arrangement. Standard checkout does not automatically book same-day delivery.
Shipping charges and payment
Your shipping charge and complete order total are shown at checkout before you confirm. Cash on Delivery is the only payment method currently accepted. Pay the courier the confirmed order total when your parcel arrives; prepaid orders are not accepted.
Address and tracking
Select your exact iPhone model and check your address, PIN code and mobile number before ordering. Contact us promptly for changes before dispatch. Once courier details are added to your order, you can find them on the Track Order page using your order number and the mobile number or email used at checkout.
