Information we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, mobile number, delivery and billing addresses, selected products, iPhone model, order notes and order history. If you create an account, we store a password hash rather than your plain-text password. Contact forms collect the details you submit. Newsletter sign-up is optional and records your email and consent.
How we use information
We use this information to process COD orders, arrange delivery and returns, issue refunds, provide order tracking, respond to messages and protect accounts and the store from misuse. If a COD refund requires payout details, we request only the information needed to complete that refund. Optional marketing subscriptions are separate from ordering.
Service providers
Our website is hosted by Netlify and store records are held in Supabase. We share necessary contact, address and order information with delivery and return-pickup providers. Email or refund service providers receive the information necessary for the relevant service when used. We do not sell customer information.
Cookies and local storage
The store uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores your bag and wishlist so you can return to them. Clearing cookies or site storage may sign you out and remove locally saved choices.
Security and retention
We use HTTPS, password hashing and restricted administrator access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We keep information for order fulfilment, support, returns, accounting and other applicable legal obligations, and remove information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Your choices
Contact support@bigzook.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw newsletter consent. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Records that must be kept for legal obligations or unresolved orders may need to be retained. Do not send passwords, payment PINs or OTPs to our contact form.
